ON Thursday, August 21, at 8pm, the Pavilion plays host to a brilliant tribute to the late great Buddy Holly.

'Double Take' assumes a whole new meaning when Marc Robinson takes the stage. This is hardly surprising. From the horn-rimmed glasses and the legendary Stratocaster guitar, right through to the genuinely cut, tailor made Holly suits, Marc has certainly done his homework. He even moves like Buddy, so much so that people who actually knew the man himself have experienced real 'déjà vu' in Marc's presence.

If Sir Cliff Richard could have had the real Buddy Holly to appear at his 50th birthday party in Birmingham's NEC, then rest assured he would have. But in a way he did, he had Marc Robinson, because when it comes to getting near to the genuine article, Marc hits the spot every time.

Tickets are priced at £12 and can be purchased from the box office on (01395) 222477 or visit the website on www.exmouthpavilion.co.uk to book your tickets online.
