Exmouth's Bicton Inn, in Bicton Street, has a number of events lined up this weekend.

They include a Six Nations Beer Festival, which runs until Sunday, March 18, and coincides with the Six Nations Rugby Championship.

It features 20 real ales, with a rugby theme linking them.

There’s also a large amount of musical entertainment, including rock, reggae, folk, ballads and originals with singer/songwriter Laurie Ward and friends (8.30pm, Friday, March 16) and St Patrick’s Day celebration with the Balcony Band (5pm, Saturday, March 17).

The weekend continues with German singer/songwriter Daniela Ruettinger (9pm, Saturday, March 17), chilled jazz with Fire Exit, featuring Martin John Nichols, Bob King, Charlie Heanshaw and Paul Barnham (5pm, Sunday, March 18) and singer/songwriter Guy Somerfield (9pm, Sunday March 18).
