There’s a production of Hello, Dolly! coming up in Budleigh Salterton next week.

Presented by Imperial Productions at the town’s Public Hall, the show runs from Tuesday, July 25, to Saturday, July 29.

Set in New York City at the turn of the 20th century, Hello, Dolly! is the adventure of lovable widow Dolly Levy, who specialises in matchmaking, and includes songs such as Put On Your Sunday Clothes, Before The Parade Passes By, and Hello, Dolly!

A production spokesperson says that ‘rehearsals have been exciting and energetic. Director, Fiona Steel, and choreographer, Jason Lane, have added some creative and special touches to a production that promises to be an amazing spectacular, appealing to all ages’.

Performances are at 7.30pm, with a Thursday matinee at 2.30pm. Tickets are £15. Concessions for children and full-time are available at £7.50.
