A la Ronde, the quirky 18th century National Trust property near Exmouth, is preparing for a new exhibition and sale of work by local photographer Adrian Oakes. The exhibition will run until Wednesday, April 9, during normal opening times. There will be no charge to view the exhibition which will be on display in the stable and tea-room.

This is the second year Adrian has exhibited at A la Ronde, an association which began when he came to take photos of the historical interiors, which inspired a series of work.

Specialising in photography of the Devon coastline and Dartmoor, Adrian's work is beautiful and expressive. His striking images create conversation and really show our scenery at its best.

Adrian says: "I have lived in Devon for twenty-one years and have been a photographer for sixteen. I am fortunate as I live close to the coast and Dartmoor, as I have a passion for capturing the natural beauty and atmosphere of these magical places.

"This year will be especially exciting as I am having my first book published, Perfect Dartmoor, by Halsgrove as a result of many days spent photographing the moor in all weathers.
