The Exmouth Players, whose roots go back to 1910, produced another very successful and fun pantomime this year, Little Tommy Tucker, with many sold-out performances.

If you enjoyed the panto and would like to participate in future productions, why not join them? The players are the only amateur dramatic group in Exmouth and are a friendly, talented group, with many areas in the production of plays and pantos in which members are involved: building and painting scenery and props; lighting and sound; help with front of house as well as, of course, acting, etc..... You can also be sure of a warm welcome at the group's Friday social evenings, held at 8pm in the Green Room of the theatre, in Bicton Street.

Four plays are produced each year, the next one being a thriller: Being of Sound Mind, directed by Jane Spamer, from March 15 - 20. The other plays will be performed in June, August and October, plus a one-week festival of one-act plays in April. For more information about the group, visit www.blackmoretheatre.co.uk
