Last Night of the Proms at Exmouth Pavilion

The annual Proms Night, organised by the Rotary Club of Exmouth and District, is coming up soon.

The concert is at the Exmouth Pavilion at 7.30pm on Thursday, September 21.

It features the Exmouth Town Concert Band, together with the Exmouth Renaissance Chorus.

The club has organised the popular Proms concerts since 1995 at the Pavilion and Exeter Cathedral, raising considerable amounts for local and Rotary charities.

This year’s concert is also benefiting Pete’s Dragons. The charity brings comfort to families after suicide loss.

In addition, the concert has a special feature, celebrating Dame Vera Lynn’s 100th birthday, which was earlier this year. The Proms Night event will end with the traditional flag-waving finale.

Tickets – at £10 (standard) and £12 (raised) – are available from the Exmouth Pavilion box office. Call 01395 222477 or visit www.exmouthpavilion.co.uk
