The latest season of Wednesday lunchtime concerts is now well into its stride at Exmouth's Glenorchy Church on Exeter Road.

Running from 12.30pm to 1.15pm, the concerts are free, with a retiring collection for the artist’s expenses and a project within the church. Coffee and tea are served in the hall from noon.

Next Wednesday (October 11) there’s a concert by the Wood Farm Wind Quintet (pictured), featuring flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon.

That’s followed by: baritone Iain McDonald, pianist Michelle Bunting and poet Jilly Cooper (October 18), Lee Jazz Duo (October 25), cellist Annabel Rooney, pianist Josephine Pickering (November 1), Beacon Piano Trio (November 8), baritone Mark Hansford and pianist Josephine Pickering (November 15), clarinettist Phil Bonser and pianist Dorothy Craven (November 22), pianist Joyce Clarke (November 29) and pianists Josephine Pickering and David Lee (December 6).

After Christmas, the concert series will recommence on Wednesday, January 3.
