Innovative and enterprising director Peter Nickols-Rawle is pleased to have cast young Sam Pike as Professor Henry Higgins, avoiding making Henry old enough to be flowergirl Eliza Doolittle's father. Will Eliza (Zoe Bishop) settle for Henry or the highly-infatuated Freddy Eynford-Hill (Leigh Steedman)?

In a strong cast, Brian Toye plays Colonel Pickering, Ben Redding - Alfred Doolittle, Pat Cowey - Mrs Higgins, Wendy Bishop - Mrs Eynford-Hill and Alison Johns, her snooty daughter Clara. Fin O'Leary is cast as Mrs Pearce, Sarah Wood a parlour-maid, Helen Ballard and Sarah Wood, Dolly and Emily, and Peter is due to make a rare appearance, himself as Zolton Kaparthy.
