Crows fly in to Lympstone

Crows - a popular feature of the UK folk scene from 1978 to 1988 - have returned with a new line-up.
Following a number of shows that they played at folk venues and festivals over the summer, Crows will be performing a gig in Lympstone on November 12.
The band comprises local folk performer Paul Downes (guitar, mandocello, mandolin and banjo), Mick Ryan (vocals), James Patterson (guitar) and Dave Bordewey (fiddle, mandola).
Individually the musicians have worked with many artists and bands, including Pauper’s Path, A Day’s Work,The Widow’s Promise, Silas, Patterson Jordan Dipper, Phil Beer, Arizona Smoke Review, Bordewey ,Young and Gittens, Stone the Crows Ceilidh Band and Soft Option.
Crows will be appearing at Lympstone Village Hall at 3pm on Sunday, November 12. Doors open 2.30pm. Tickets are £12.50 and can be obtained from Demelza on 01395 272243, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
