Comedy is on the bill for another entertaining evening at Exeter Corn Exchange. The second of three autumn season Comedy Club evenings will take place on Friday, November 7.

The line-up will feature the hardworking Mark Olver who once fell over on stage in the first 10 seconds of his act and dislocated his knee and broke his ankle at the same time. He continued to compere lying on the floor until carried away by the paramedics.

Steve Weiner, who was winner of Hackney Empire New Act of the Year 2008, joins Mark on the bill with two other comedians still to be announced.

The October comedy club sold-out well in advance so early booking is advisable.

Exeter Comedy Club is the city's longest running comedy club, now in its 11th year. Everyone is guaranteed a seat at a table, with tables reserved for all parties of four or more.

Tickets cost £10 and are available from the venue by calling (01392) 665866 or from Exeter Visitor Information and Tickets in Dix's Field.
