A two-day body-painting event is coming up in Exmouth.
Held at The Royal Beacon Hotel on The Beacon on Saturday, November 18 and Sunday, November 19, the aim of the show is to bring together bodyartists and models to celebrate the artform.
The family-friendly event will be open from 2pm on each day. You’ll be able to chat to artists and models and find out about the process. Models will be fully covered and will wear suitable undergarments and breast shields.
There will also be a public exhibition ‘catwalk’ to show off the creations. Saturday’s overall theme will be ‘regeneration’, described by the organisers ‘as a nod to the redevelopment of Exmouth’s seafront’.
Local artist Michael Buckland will also be in residence, sketching and painting the artists and models at work with the aim of producing a colour canvas to represent the weekend.
