Artists to open studios

Exmouth and Lympstone artists are giving the public a glimpse of how they work with an open studios event.

The artists will be inviting visitors to join them for free in their studios to inspect their work, watch them working and, in some cases, buy the work for themselves.

The artists who will be taking part are as follows: Lympstone Estuary Artists (Brookend Studio, September 9 to 11, and 13 to 18); Moose Allain (Marley House, Hulham Road, August 8 to 11, and 16 to 18); Devon Adult and Community Learning (Kennaway Centre, September 9 and 12 to 16); Neil Rogers (Belvedere Mews, Belvedere Road, September 9 to 11, 14, and 16 to 18); Nicky Exell (11 Beacon Place, September 9 to 18); and Simon Ashby (1 Morton Crescent, September 9 to 11, 16 to 18).

All studios will be open from 11am to 6pm, and Simon Ashby will also be opening his studio from 6pm to 8pm next Thursday.
