The traditional panto with a monster twist, will run from Wednesday, January 19, through Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Blackmore Theatre, 10 Bicton Street, Exmouth.
It’s a hard lilfe for orphan Heidi in Pumpernickel’s Taverna. The greedy innkeeper and his wife treat her like a slave and, that’s not all........up in his castle, gormless Count Dracula and his gummy grandmother are planning a dinner party with Heidi as the main course! Luckily she has the audience and other friends to help: her faithful dog Kodak, her best friend Frankie Stein and the handsome Prince Ludwig. The forces of evil never stand a chance, especially when Professor Crackpot transforms Frankie into a Superhero! Add to this a party of rowdy schoolgirls under the supervision of Miss Nelly, famed pedagogue and panto dame, and you have the makings of a truly traditiional panto with a monster twist! be sure to get along and see one of the ‘Jewels in Exmouth’s crown’, The Blackmore Theatre!
