THIS coming Saturday, December 6, at 7.30pm, Tower Street Methodist Church will echo to the sounds of some of the most glorious and well loved music ever written.
A choir of a hundred or more, together with four very talented soloists, will be singing Handel's Messiah and there can be no more exciting or exhilarating way of beginning Christmas preparations than listening to such beautiful choruses as For unto us a child is born and the magnificent Halleluia Chorus.
When you add to that all money raised at the concert will be donated to Macmillan nurses then this becomes an evening not to be missed.
Tickets cost £5 and can be bought on the night and Choir 97 most definitely hope to see you there.
