Woodbury head into Saturday’s E Division game at home to Upottery looking to bounce back from last week’s 78 run defeat at the then bottom side, Roborough.

That defeat dumped James Taylor’s team on the bottom of the table and they will be the basement dwellers at the half way stage unless they managed to bank serious points from Saturday’s game.

So how are opponents Upottery doing this term? The East Devon villagers had lost three on the trot at Whimple and at Filleigh before a third defeat, at home to table topping Countess Wear, but the won last time out with Saturday’s success at home to Kentisbeare.

In four away games to date Upottery have lost three and had a no result in the other - that their first game when the meeting at Babbacombe was hit by the weather.
