Players at Exmouth Rugby Club and across the sport are being asked to take part in short survey by the RFU.
The idea is for rugby’s governing body to gather thoughts on playing experiences and how things can be improved for the future, including analysis on different formats of the game.
The survey is available on www.exmouthrugby.co.uk
On a nostalgic note, the Exmouth social media team enjoyed some happy reminiscing over the past fortnight, looking back on a superb win at Okehampton just over a year ago.
It actually feels like a lifetime, given all that has happened, and the gripping 15-13 at the Devon rivals was one of the last competitive encounters enjoyed by the Cockles before rugby was closed down by Covid.
Matt Ryan scored two tries on the day and Exmouth were outstanding in their defensive work, with Dave Bargent using all his strength to notch the winning score for the Cockles.
Bring back those happy days!
