Success for a quartet of Exmouth Running Belles at the Templer Ten.

Four Exmouth Running Belles took part in the Templer Ten.

This is a nine-and-a-half mile off-road race that starts from the Passage House Inn at Kingsteignton.

The route sees runners take in breath taking views over the river Teign.

The four, Sue Rook, Sophie Hedderley, Susan Hill and Jane Macdonald ran superbly over a fast and muddy course.

Sue Rook finished in 1.29, Sue Hill 1.17 and Jane Macdonald 1.14.

Sophie Hedderley, in her longest race to date, finished in a brilliant time of 1.38.
