Batting first it was a partnership of 32 from George Sims and Gharry Reay that underpinned a closing total of 32.
Adam Woodman and Dominic Hawes chipped in with 28 and the pairing of Joseph Rockey and Jack Hope, scored 16.
The Budleigh wicket takers were George Messon (1-20), Paige Young (2-16), Joseph Blyth (1-11), Lewis Hough (2-11) and Jake Yarwood (1-12).
The Ottermouth side then scored 124-7 led there by the pairing of Lewis Hough and Jospeh Blyth who put on 12.
Beth Cooper bagged a brace of wickets, finishing with 2-8 and the other single wickets takers were Matthew Miller, Adam Woodman and Harry Reay.
