Archant

On a frosty Sunday morning thirty-one U7’s battled it out in the cold muddy conditions at Withycombe RFC, writes Neil Blackmore.

Brixham looked very professional, were disciplined and well-organised.

Two squads were formed by each side to make best use of the two pitches available and to ensure all of the players had a chance to play!

The matches were extremely close and there were some great tries scored by both teams.

It was really great to see good passing (and catching) ahead of being tagged.

The games were allowed to flow with certain rules explained when necessary.

All of the players and coaches got stuck in and enjoyed a really positive and fun experience!

We are all looking forward to more of the same next this coming Sunday when Exmouth provide the opposition.
