Exmouth Under-8s had a training session including their first experience of tackling, in preparation for next season.

The youngsters were treated to the presence of Cockles 1st XV player George Meadows, who joined the group to do some coaching.

Several other 1st XV players were also in attendance to help the club’s coaches, who look after various age groups from Under 5/6s to Under-13s, and their presence was much appreciated by all the junior players and their regular coaching staff.

It is hoped that this could become a regular feature for the younger teams.
