Exmouth Under-16s were comfortable 37-0 winners when they travelled to Tiverton.
It took just five minutes for winger Jason Ianniciello to open the scoring and that set the tone for the contest.
Then Mid Devon side had no answer to the power of the Cockles pack who stamped their authority on proceedings for the first whistle.
The second try owed much to the quick-thinking of Sam Conway as he fed fly-half Flinn who kicked the ball behind the home defence where winger Mark Godfrey gathered before passing to Matt Wells to score.
Next a scrum on the Tiverton 5-metre line ended with Conway going over for the first of his two tries. Matt Harris, switched from prop to number eight, then brushed aside a number of challenges before charged through a number of challenges prior to setting up Brad Cooke to score. Flinn converted and the Cockles lead was stretched to 22-0 by half-time.
After the break, playing into the wind, Conway set up Jos Urmston to score before he bagged his second with a kick over the Tivvy attack before chasing the ball and going over and the final word was left to number eight Matt Harris who stole the ball and slipped it to Flinn to go over in the corner and compete the scoring.
