The transfer activity at Budleigh Salterton Football Club this summer could rival any of the deadline day mayhem in the professional game.
The new management team of Chris Watts and Simon Pearce have wasted little time in strengthening their squad ahead of the new season in the Devon Football League.
Cameron Brown has arrived at Greenway Lane from Otterton and Jack Hocking signed from East Budleigh, with both players enjoying prolific goalscoring seasons for their previous clubs.
The versatile Josh Sale has also joined the Budleigh revelation and an experienced player, who is equally comfortable in defence or midfield.
There was also a return to familiar surroundings for Adam Wilkinson, who starred for Budleigh as a youth player before enjoying a spell at Exmouth Town.
It all adds up to a very exciting summer for the club and pre-season training is set to start in the coming weeks.
