It has been a slightly more difficult week at Phear Park, 12 players to North Tawton for a narrow defeat, 62 - 56.
The best score for Phear Park on the day was a 13 all draw. On Saturday, we entertained a team from Bradnich but the guests won by 66 - 54.
Coming soon is the Phear Park open day on Saturday, June 18, starting at 10am and running through into the afternoon. This a chance for anyone to come along and have a go at lawn bowls.
Phear Park is a small friendly club with just over 30 members. We are currently offering half-price membership for the first year, along with three free coaching sessions and a try before you buy chance to see if bowls is for you. We hope to see some of you for a chance to try bowling for fun.
