Grassroots football has returned but there are still a number of regulations in place for those getting back out on the pitch.
While the ‘stay at home’ rule has now ended, the FA advises players to avoid travel at the busiest times and routes.
Changing rooms cannot be used at this stage and must remain shut, although toilet facilities can be open 30 minutes before and after training or matches.
No spectators are allowed at grassroots football but one parent or guardian per child is permitted to attend youth football, where clubs can safely accommodate.
Indoor football for players with a disability can now take place but not before April 18 for under-18s and May 17 for adults.
Thankfully, there is some financial support for grassroots football clubs and grants welcoming applications – more information is available through the Devon FA website.
