EXMOUTH TOWN boss Mike Walsh was thrilled with his young side after they secured a second win of the campaign with a 3-1 Southern Road success over Crediton United and said: "It had been coming and I am chuffed to bits for the lads that they are now confident going into games. They have been training and working hard and really had precious little luck in the opening games, all of which have been against sides in the top half of the table. This win will do us the world of good." A superb volley that flew in to the visitors' net from Connor Preston had given Town the lead and then Dan Broadway bagged a brace to seal the win.On Saturday Walsh has a full squad available to him as his side tackle table topping Galmpton Gents and the Town boss is full of confidence. He says: "I have got my strongest squad yet available this Saturday and I really do believe that my lads can take something from the game. Okay, they are not top of the pile with good reason but we are not a bad side and I would like to think that we can, and indeed will, take something from the game."Walsh is on the hunt for some central defensive cover with the news that centre back Lee Griffin begins a 35 day ban on October 20: "I shall be casting my net to see if we can get ourselves a new face for the defensive department.
