Town Cup bid put on hold as rain washes out semi-final

EXMOUTH Town's bid for Devon Premier Cup glory has been put on hold as their semi-final, due to played at Crediton, on Saturday February 20, has been postponed owing to a waterlogged Lords Meadow pitch.

EXMOUTH Town's bid for Devon Premier Cup glory has been put on hold as their semi-final, due to played at Crediton, on Saturday February 20, has been postponed owing to a waterlogged Lords Meadow pitch.

Like the other semi-final involving the Royal Marines AFC, a new date has been quickly arranged and the sides will now meet at Crediton on Tuesday, March 2 (7.30pm).

Hat the re-arrangement does mean is that a new date will now have to be found for the Town versus Appledore League clash which was due to be played on March 2, that will now be played later in the campaign
