Williams had previously scored six in the three previous meetings between the sides this term and bagged all four in the Robins' emphatic Greenway Lane League victory.
In an impressive high tempo start, new signing Stuart Davies created some space out wide and, when he crossed, Williams caught it sweetly on the volley, only for the ball to cannon back off the cross bar.
The pair combined again in the 30th minute, Williams making no mistake with a precise ten yard chip.
Robins' keeper, Chris Wright, then made a fine save to deny the visitors.
On the hour mark Williams notched his second and then, within two minutes of the visitors' halving the deficit, Williams netted his third.
The fourth goal was a fine effort, started by James Turner and flicked on by Luke Kelsall before Williams applied a polished finish to seal a 4-1 win.
