Dynamo Bank were 5-2 winners when they met Half Moon in a Sunday League game.

In what was billed as a top-of-the-table clash, it was Bank who deservedly landed the points. Bank took the lead when Rob Chidgey capitalised on a defensive error.

The hosts were quickly level but the lead was restored when the excellent bank midfield set up Chidgey for his second.

Bank took a 3-1 lead into the break with Cunningham’s 25-yard shot giving them the two goal advantage.

The hosts came out strongly in the second half but the Bank defence, together with outstanding keeper, Sy Savage, were equal to the very best that Half Moon could offer.

Bank added two more in the second half whilst the home side got a second of their own late on, leaving Bank 5-2 victors.

The win lifts Keith Williams’ side to within four points of the top of the table.
