Budleigh Salterton ladies are assured of a top two finish in Division One of the Westward Developments Devon Women's Football League following their 3-0 away win at University of Plymouth, writes SpursTom.

Victory also means that the Robinettes completed the league double over the students. Up front, Amy Salter led the line well, scoring one goal and creating the other two that were netted by Jen Cordwell and Kathryn Parsley.

The students’ attacks were thwarted by a solid Budleigh defence where once again Kallie Horner was a rock and was ably supported by Kathryn Parsley, Lucy Burch and Codi Steele.

This coming Sunday (May 20) Budleigh are on the road once more. For their final league match, they travel to champions elect Halwill FC Ladies (the only side to have beaten them in the league this campaign).
