Lympstone Lions Under-11s were good value for their third success of the Exeter and District Youth League season when they won 4-0 at Central Redstar.

After a first half full of action but with no goals all that changed after the break.

Thomas King (2), Bradley Worthington and Joe Farmer netted the Lions’ goals.

The foundation for the victory against a side in the top half of the table, was a solid back three of Billy Worthington, Alfie Pakes and Seb Pope.

It was Pope who was named Man of the Match for his splendid shift in the left back slot.
