East Budleigh Reserves recorded another excellent win, completing an early season double over Culm United, beating them 6-1 to maintain their 100 per cent start to the Macron League Division Seven campaign, writes Mark Auton.

Jack Hocking struck a hat-trick, Julian Green added a brace and there was also a solitary goal for Wayne Gooding.

It was a great performance from the whole squad, who defended well when needed, despite one sloppy moment that saw the Culm snatch a consolation in the second period. Budleigh also missed a host of chances to win by more, but will be happy with the result. The Man of the Match vote went to Luke Kelsall.

This Saturday (September 15) East Budleigh Reserves are also in cup action when they entertain Starcross Generals in the Intermediate Cup (2pm).
