Millwey Rise 0, Exmouth United 14

Exmouth United Under-12s powered to a sixth double-figure victory of the season and took their tally of goals against Millwey Rise to 36 in two meetings!

Jack May opened the scoring, but then the home defence dug deep and repelled the best United had to offer.

At the other end only a smart save from Sam Appleby denied the hosts an equaliser.

Moments after seeing a stinging effort well saved Adam Wilkinson tucked the ball beyond impressive keeper Bradley Connor to double the lead.

Lenny Hill added a third before the break.

Shortly after the re-start United skipper Sam Cox scored from close range after a Jack May shot and May the scored his second to make it five for his team.

Sam Balbi was next to net with a quick-fire double and this was followed by goals from Dominik Wach and Rory Bland before Balbi completed a second half hat-trick.

Balbi rifled home a shot from 20-yards for his forth before May served up a neat side-step prior to scoring his third of the game.

Wilkinson bagged two more and the final word was left to Rory Bland to complete the scoring.

The home side never gave up and showed that they have real character which is a real credit to their coach.
