Brixington Blues 8, Kentisbeare 4

Harry Gibbings crowned a Man of the Match performance with a bared of goals as Brixington Blues Under-15s continued their unbeaten start to the Exeter and District Under-15 Division Two season.

The Blues were excellent before the break scoring five unanswered goals. It took them a while to break down a resilience Mid Devon side, but once the impressive Aaron Cheung scored a fine individual goal in the 20th minute the goals came at regular intervals through to half-time.

The second half saw an easing off by the Blues to such a degree that the visitors ‘won’ the second period 4-3, but this game was over as a contest by the break thanks to that super first half Blues show.

Henry Samuel and James White also hit doubles for the Blues and the other scorer was Jason Mann.
