FOOTBALLERS will no longer be able to tape up wedding or other finger rings and ear jewellery.

FOOTBALLERS will no longer be able to tape up wedding or other finger rings and ear jewellery.This is the result of a new directive from the Football Association which is advising match officials that the practise of taping up rings and ear jewellery must cease next season.Referees have been advised that, if rings or ear-rings cannot be removed, then that player must not be allowed to play in the match.This ruling from the FA is to
