In front of the watching Exmouth Town Mayor John Humphrey's, Exmouth United Under-11s duly bagged a neither fine victory and with it lifted the Exeter and District Youth League Division Three title.

The champions made a lively start, but found the visitors certainly not in attendance merely to make up then numbers!

The deadlock was broken with a move of real class. Rory Bland’s run and pass to Dominik Wach and the latter back-heeled it into the path of Adam

Within a minute the visitors were almost level when a 20-yard free-kick was put inches wide of Sam Appleby’s gola.

At the other end one became two for United when Lenny Hill netted from close range.

Straight after the re-start a superb cross from James Gill was headed marginally wide by Jack May.

The third goal arrived when Sam Balbi found space on the edge of the box and his fierce strike was too much for the CS keeper.

The final goal came from another superb cross, this time met by Ben Daffin.

At the end of the match Mayor John Humphrey’s gave a presentation of medals and cup to the Exmouth United Title winning side.

United step up to Under-12 football next season which means 11-a-side and so would like to recruit a couple more players to the squad.
