Exmouth Town are at home to Bodmin Town on Saturday (March 15) and the game sees a debut for goalkeeper Martin Rice, the former Exeter City and Torquay United glovesman.
The sides met in Cornwall back in November when a Ben Steer goal saw Town to a richly deserved point from a 1-1 draw.
Since a 1-1 draw at home to Callington on December 9, Town have only played tow games at Southern Road and they lost both, going down 4-0 to Falmouth on February 17 and 5-1 to Launceston seven days later.
In terms of home success, the last time the Town faithful witnessed a home victory was the December 2, 2-1 win over Ivybridge.
Bodmin are facing a seriously congested run-in for, heading into this game in Exmouth, it’ll be the first of some 20 matches that they will need to play in what will be the final seven weeks of the campaign.
Bodmin Town have only played eight away league games so far, winning five of them and drawing two with their only away defeat a 3-1 reversal at Falmouth Town back on August 23.
Kick-off at Southern Road is 2pm. The Town second team are also in action when they visit Upottery (3pm).
There is also Saturday afternoon action at the Greenway Lane home of Budleigh Salterton with the home club’s second team hosting Ottery St Mary in an East Devon derby (3pm).
