Exmouth Town can lift the South West Peninsula League crown next Wednesday evening in front of their own supporters, and neighbours Budleigh Salterton!

That possibility has arisen after title rivals Stoke Gabriel were held 2-2 on Wednesday night at Exeter Civil Service.

What that means is that if Richard Pears’ men win on Saturday when they travel to University, then a win at home to rivals Budleigh (who beat them on Good Friday, inflicting their only defeat of the league season so far at Greenway Lane), will see them crowned champions!

Wednesday’s game at Southern Road kicks off at 7.30pm.
