Exmouth Town all set for Cornish visitors

Exmouth Town host arguably the match of the day in the South West Peninsula Premier Division when Saltash United are the visitors to Southern Road on Saturday, writes John Dibsdall.

The Cornish side are currently on an eleven match winning run in the league that has seen them heading the table before Ivybridge won on Saturday, with Saltash in Cornwall Senior Cup action, but our visitors are just two points behind with three games in hand.

Town remain in fifth although they have played more games than most sides, but will want to continue their own good run that has produced just one reverse in their last six games and a ‘clean sheet’ in their last four.

Town will be without influential midfielder Karl Rickard through a one match suspension, but joint managers Mark Saunders and Kevin Hill should have everyone else fit and available.

Kick-off on Saturday is 3pm.
