East Budleigh face tough run-in in bid to avoid Division One drop

East Budleigh still have work to do to avoid a bottom three finish in Fresha League Division One.

The Jays currently sit two places and a dozen points clear of the bottom three, but they have played a significant number of games more than all three of the bottom sides so far.

Their remaining games see them face some tricky engagements.

After Saturday’s trip to third placed Bow they then host sixth placed Witheridge Reserves on Easter Monday.

They follow that with a trip to table topping Chard then go to basement dwellers Colyton before trips to high flying Tiverton Town Reserves and a quick return with Witheridge.

They do of course have that 12 point cushion, but could probably do with banking another six points to ensure they avoid a bottom three berth.
