PHOENIX under-10s extended their East Devon Youth League winning run to five games with a superb display of attacking football that saw them win 4-0 at Exmouth A.

Conner Densham netted just two minutes after the kick off but the hosts rallied and only some exceptional goalkeeping from stand-in glovesman Conner Hepburn denied them an equalizer as the sides went into the break with that one score between them.

After the restart Phoenix took control. A neat passing move saw them double their advantage with Densham again the scorer.

Jordan O'Riordan also netted before the goal of the game when Levi Edwardson rifled one in from the edge of the area.

Newly appointed Phoenix managers Sean Pepperell and Gary King would like to congratulate the lads on what they believe was the best passing display they have seen from such young players.
