Where is the best place to see a game of football locally this coming Saturday (November 6).

TOP billing locally this coming Saturday falls on Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth Amateurs.

It’s County Cup day and the Robins entertain fellow South West Peninsula League side Axminster Town at Greenway Lane (2pm) in the Graddon Vending Devon Premier Cup.

The Tigers are bottom of the table and have yet to win a League game this season, but they did manage victory in the last round with a win over Hatherleigh.

In the same competition, Exmouth Amateurs will look to put aside their League woes and take on a spot of giant slaying when they entertain Peninsula League outfit Ottery St Mary at Warrenview (2pm).

There’s Devon Senior Cup action at East Budleigh where the all conquering Jays entertain Exeter side Beacon Knights (2pm).

In the Devon Intermediate Cup, Exmouth Town Reserves host Exeter side Dolphin and Woodbury tackle Cheriton Fitzpaine.

The Royal Marines Reserves are at home in a Devon and Exeter League Division Two game against North Tawton and there’s action, too, for Lympstone Reserves, who receive a visit from Okehampton Argyle for a Division Eight game.
