Whilst Alan Beer is dealing with the first team's affairs, I shall try to report on the club's remaining other sides, as long as I am kept informed by those in charge of them, writes SpursTom.

Budleigh Salterton Reserves are under the management of Carl Wilson and Matt Hughes for a new Fresha Devon and Exeter League season, writes SpursTom.

The team, relegated from the top flight at the end of last season will start this term as one of 13 teams in Division One.

There are certainly some exciting local derbies in prospect with Exmouth Amateurs, Lympstone and Sidmouth Town Reserves all in the same division.

The Robins begin their league season on Saturday week (August 22) with a home game Witheridge (3pm) and a week later they visit Exmouth Amateurs (3pm) before an evening local derby on Wednesday, September 2nd, when Lympstone are the visitors to Gereenway Lane.

Please turn up to support and encourage this young squad.
