BRIXINGTON Blues head the way in the Juventus League Under-16 section with a magnificent current record of played eight, won eight.

BRIXINGTON Blues head the way in the Juventus League Under-16 section with a magnificent current record of played eight, won eight.

The Blues head into the New Year with a seven point leader over second placed West Hill Wasps having played a superb brand of football throughout the first half of the season.

Amazingly, the Blues have yet to concede a single goal in their home programme with four straight wins to date and 19 goals scored.

On their travels they have also won all four so far, scoring 18 and shipping just three!

Exmouth Youth are the next best placed side out of the local side's playing in the section with 13 points from their seven outings to date, and they sit 6th.

Three places below Exmouth Youth sit Exmouth Amateurs who have played nine to date banking eight points from a brace of wins and a pair of draws.

In the Under-15 Division One it is again Brixington Blues who head the way.

Their first ten games this season have yielded 21 points, they are unbeaten in four away games and have suffered just the one home defeat. They head into the New Year with a four point lead over 2nd placed Pinhoe Spartans, who do have a game in hand.

In the Under-14 Division One it is Exeter side West Exe Rangers and Buckland Athletic who head the way, both have 18 points but, hot on their heels are Broadclyst Sports Club and Brixington Blues who are just four points behind and can head into 2010 ready to battle for the top honour.

Brixington United end the year sitting sixth with seven points to show from their eight starts to date this term.
