Brixington Blues Under-14s proved too much for a battling Lympstone side as they won a one-sided Exeter and District Youth League Cup tie 18-0.

The opening goal came in the sixth minute with a long-range shot from Ethan Beverley and it was soon 2-0 as a Jake Haggerty corner was headed home by Jack Drew-Cull. Elliott Bowyer scored the third before a second from Drew-Cull and further goals from Oliver Bradley and Jayden Marles made it 6-0 at half-time.

Into the second half and the one-way nature of the contest continued. A second for Beverley was followed by a first for Joel Knott and a Ben Geare quick-fire double and one from Lewis Ayles, made it 11-0.

Beverley then completed his hat-trick before a second for Oliver Bradley and a fourth for Beverley together with a goal from Elliott Bowyer made it 15-0. Bradley completed his hat-trick before further goals from Harrison Fox and skipper Jake Haggerty completed the scoring.
