EXMOUTH Amateurs have moved swiftly to appoint new people to lead the side into another season of Devon & Exeter League Premier Division football next season.

EXMOUTH Amateurs have moved swiftly to appoint new people to lead the side into another season of Devon & Exeter League Premier Division football next season.Following the defection of former boss Jody Bolt to Exmouth Town, Ammies Chairman Ross England has turned to Dion Newcombe and Rick Withers to run the side.The new men at the helm share the long term vision of the Chairman, which is very much to once again bid for a place in the Peninsula League for the 2010/11 season.There is to be a presentation afternoon coupled with a barbeque and 5-a-side football at the club's Warren View home on Saturday, July 4, starting at 2pm.Pre-season training begins on Tuesday July 7 at 6.30pm, when anybody interested in being part of the club is more than welcome to attend.Meanwhile, the Ammies AGM will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday, July 15 at 7.30pm.
