The next generation of cricketing talent at Exmouth CC has enjoyed another week of success and development.
The Exmouth Under-13 girls played their latest league matches at home and the East League girls performed superbly to secure victories over Sidmouth CC, Clyst St George and Topsham St James, while the Central League team took on Exeter CC and Teignmouth & Shaldon CC.
There was a pair of thrilling finishes for the U14 and U12 sides at Exmouth, as the 14s lost out on the final ball to Kenn but the 12s enjoyed the reverse, as they defeated Ottery with the last ball of the match. A special mention to the Rintoul brothers, both retiring not out from their respective matches.
On the ladies side of the club, there was a terrific inter-club friendly, with the Blacks just defeating the Pinks by eight runs.
