The next generation of footballers to grace Exmouth Town displayed ruthless efficiency in defeating Feniton Under-18s at Warren View.
The scoring began on 10 minutes, when a cross from Tom Garland was met by a sumptuous first-time volley from Billy Worthington. The ever-threatening Garland was then the scorer of Town’s second when he latched on to a Joel Foster pass to tap the ball home on 32 minutes.
George Phillips added a third, finishing off a cross from Paddy McGuinness, and Town were equally effective in defensive areas, with Brad Worthington and Joel Knott imperious at the back.
Feniton kept plugging away but any hopes of a remarkable comeback were quashed when a Jack Draper corner was headed home by Olly Willis, and Foster completed the comfortable win in the final seconds.
