Exmouth Snooker League latest - five teams have title chance!

As the Exmouth Snooker League enters the home straight, five teams are bunching up with only four points separating the top five teams in the table.

Police Social Club A had their lead reduced to a single point by sixth placeed Police B. Mick Delahaye won the final frame 56-16, but, the first four went to Frank Kelsey 93-75, Bob Horton 89-71, Ashley Down 60-28 and Tom Skinner 60-14.

Police C narrow that gap in second place despite losing at the Number Nine B. John Parrott 44-25 and a walkover for John Evens keep them in the frame for the final outcome and the wins for John Sharland 44-43, Dave McCarthy 53-11 an Johnathan Duck 67-36 hold the champions 4th, with still a game in hand.

After losing the opening two frames to Iain Callander 71-49 and Dan Brown 85-61 of third place Number Nine A, East Budleigh recorded their third successive win with Barry Bentley 62-22, Alan Farrant 75-64 and Mark Auton 53-40 with three matches remaining.
