Archant

The recent HOPE 24 run at Newnham Park, Plymouth was an opportunity for the Exmouth Harriers and Exmouth Running Belles to demonstrate they are both clubs who achieve in competitive events.

However, the event was also a time where friendships amongst the two Exmouth Running clubs were formed and deepened. The two clubs may have different members but both have the same objective in the town. That is simply to ‘get Exmouth running’.

Both groups welcome new runners and support the forthcoming beginners running course which starts today (Thursday, May 19).

The group will meet at 6pm at the running track (by the rugby club on the estuary). The next class is on May 26, when further dates will be announced.

No experience is necessary. All are welcome to attend this free course. Further details can be found on the Facebook page, DevonWukro running club.
