Cycle Sport Dynamo in winners stage appearance at Exeter

EXMOUTH based Cycle Sport Dynamo are celebrating an appearance on the main presentation stage at the Exeter stage of the 2009 Tour Series of city centre pro circuit racing.

EXMOUTH based Cycle Sport Dynamo are celebrating an appearance on the main presentation stage at the Exeter stage of the 2009 Tour Series of city centre pro circuit racing. Prior to the start of the main event there were many other events during the afternoon, including amateur racing, with Exmouth's Cycle Sport Dynamo team taking the club team prize and ending up on the podium. Andy Brimecombe, David Stephen, and Keith White were the successful team.Cycle Sport Dynamo also fielded a senior team of Pete Money, Alan Orpin and John Needham and the trio did themsleves, and the club proud with their collective effort.Details of the main event series, with specific reports on the Exeter event, can be found on www.tourseries.co.ukAnyone interested in taking part in competitive cycling, or just coming out for a club run on Sunday mornings, or shorter weekday rides in the summer, is invited to look us up at www.csdynamo.org.uk where details of social events etc will also be found.There will also be the opportunity to come to the Exmouth club's open evening on the June 15, held in the scout hut, halfway up Marpool hill at 8:00pm. So, if you have a bike gathering dust in the garage or shed and fancy doing a little more than just going to the shops now and again, do come along and find out what social and fitness benefits can follow from joining a club. The Club caters for social riding (no lycra required!) as well as racing - so don't be shy, why not give the sport a try.
